We teach yoga, according to B.K.S. Iyengar tradition, both for beginners and more advanced practitioners. We also organize seminars and workshops, not only for our students but also for people who are practicing other kinds of physical arts.
One of the main meanings of the word yoga is “connection”. The exercise shows the practitioner how to connect his conscious awareness with his present experience. Hatha yoga uses the body exercise, placing it in such positions that create new and different relationships between the parties. These different positions, which are called asanas, require a great deal of attention and concentration procedure, whereby a balance of movement and resistance.
